Apart from the above-mentioned business shops, it will open daily from 9 am to 7 pm in addition to Sunday. Automobile showroom, service station, shop for tire puncture, welding, repairing of vehicles, etc., Driver Training School will be open daily from 9 am to 6 pm.

 As per the orders issued, clinics and drugstores will be open from 9 am to 6 pm. Essential and emergency services will be issued by the DCO with the permission of the Deputy Commissioner to open the shop on Sunday. Barbers, salons, beauty parlor shops, and meat shops will be open from 9 am to 7 pm. Petrol pumps will be open from 7 am to 7 pm. The roster will be issued by the District Food and Supplies Controller with the permission of the Deputy Commissioner for emergency services. Taxi/three-wheeler operations are also permitted with conditions. According to the condition, only one driver and two passengers will be allowed to sit in the taxi. Only the driver will be allowed on scooters and motorcycles.

 As per the orders issued by the District Collector, all the shops in Sampla, Maham and Kalanaur towns will be open from 9 am to 7 pm on Sunday, but the shop operation standard procedure will be fully applicable to them. No economic activities will be allowed in the declared restricted area in rural and urban areas, and shops and business establishments will be completely closed here. To prevent the spread of infection of COVID-19, the shop operation standard procedure for all shopkeepers has been prescribed by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs, which will have to be strictly followed by the concerned shopkeeper.

According to the order issued, if the covered area of ​​the shop is less than 100 square feet, then only one person will work in the shop. If the covered area of ​​the shop is more than 100 square feet and up to 200 square feet, then two persons including shopkeepers will be allowed to work in such a shop. If the covered area of ​​the shop is more than 200 square feet, then one additional person will be allowed to work. In any case, the number of persons working will generally not exceed 50 percent of the working people.

 The criteria of 6 feet distance of social distance have to be strictly followed. Wearing masks will be mandatory for the shopkeeper, vendor, and consumer. There is an absolute ban on spitting in public places and a person will be fined as per rules against the violator. A market is a public place and this rule will apply to the entire market. Shopkeepers have to keep sanitizer for consumers and workers. Shopkeepers will sanitize the shop twice a day and keep a video record as per its time and date for inspection by the government official and also keep complete details including the address of all customers.

Unauthorized encroachment on the road ahead of shops is prohibited. Action will be taken against those who violate it. You have to download the Arogya Setu app on your smartphone. There will be a complete ban on the arrival of any four-wheelers in the market at the time of business. However, everyone will be allowed to bring their goods from the shop at night time. All the shopkeepers will get the customer's entry into their shop as per social distance norms. The shopkeeper will allow the other customer to sit in that place immediately after dealing with each customer, after sanitizing the customer’s seating area. There will be a complete ban on the installation of permanent street vendors and pods. Although this ban will not apply to the hawkers, all the hawkers and hawkers will not do any sale after 7 pm.
